Backing up active strategies and their parameters

Hi there,

Within the Strategies section of the Control Center, I was wondering what is the best way to back up all of my strategies and the individual parameters which I'm using for each strategy (please see attached)?

Assuming that all the strategies and indicators are on another machine, I'd like to transfer all of the strategies setup parameters over to a new machine.

Obviously I can 'back up' all the parameters by exporting the table to Excel, but I'd like to cut out the time it takes to set them all up.

Thank you for your post.

What should help is if you backup your database and workspaces. You can do this under File--> Utilities--> Backup.

Also, the best way to save your parameters would be to export to Excel. Although this might take some time, it would be the way to go.

Thanks Vince. Also, out of the following (attached), which would I need to check to ensure that all of my strategies' parameters are backed up?

Eg, if I restored from the backup file, I'd see all of my strategies appear in Control Center > Strategies and they'd have all of the correct parameters set up and ready to go.

Backing up the Configuration Files and NinjaScript files should allow you to accomplish this.
