I'm having problems to get EURCAD quotes from GAIN using NT server; I fact, I don't get any quotes...

Is it me, or it there a problem?

Have you checked the log tab? Is there an error message?

Is this on a Demo or your Live account?

For some reason we are not receiving any quotes for this either. We have been in contact with GAIN already on this issue.

I don't have any log-errors regarding incoming quotes or that kind...but the reply of Ray explains it all...

Do you have any idea in what timeframe this problem will be solved? Or should I bother GAIN with this issue?

For anyone with a live account experiencing problems with rate data...please send me an email directly to ray at ninjatrader dot com and provide me with your GAIN/FOREX.COM user name only and reference this post. GAIN is requesting this information in order to resolve it.
