Chart for GC 10 not working

Hi

I'm connecting Ninja with Kinetick. There seems to be a problem when I load data for GC 10. The bars are not moving in a normal manner but in jumps and spurts. Sometimes the chart hangs and I need to reload the chart. Please advise?

Am I correct in understanding that you are using the GC 10-14?
Also, what do you have selected as the Session template? Right click in the chart--> Data Series--> Session template--> can you change this to Default 24/7.

Yes I'm trading the GC 10-14. I've changed the time to Default 24/7 but its still the same.

Hello Soonwai,

We don't have the September and October contracts for the GC set up by default since most people would rollover from the August to the December contracts. There is not a lot of volume available for September and October contracts.

If you want to use the October contract, you would need to make sure to have the Merge Policy set to 'DoNotMerge'. This can be done under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Merge Policy.
