Error on downloading replay data....

I am getting message: "error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later". I am connected fine to my data feed. So far I have cleaned up my C computer drive and also deleted the data, day, tick and minute folders thinking that would help. Any ideas?
