Kinetick US Stocks hourly chart

Hi

i subscribe the Kinetick Nasdaq and Nyse to have the realtime data on US Stocks.

you know that the US Stocks open at 09:30 am (15:30 Paris time), when i open a hourly chart, the barchart hourly start from 15:30 to 16:30, then from 16:30 to 17:30 and then..

but a hourly chart start from 15:00 to 16:00 and then... the other soft do that as well.

That mean that the first hourly barchart is in fact a 30 minutes chart, from 15:30 to 16:00, and the second bar chart is a full hourly from 16:00 to 17h00

how can a fix this problem to see the 1st barchart from 15:30 to 16:00 and then 16:00 to 17:00 and then...

Hello Thomas,

Unfortunately this is not supported. When you select a 60 minutes period type, each price bar will contain 60 minutes of data. Except for the last bar of the session depending on the session template. It is not possible to load different period types in one chart panel, so it will plot as you describe.
