I do not have RTH data for this instrument for trade date 7/18. On a tick chart I have the last bar at 3 04am AZ time. The next bar locates at 17 22 11 AZ time. I have theovernight session for 7/18 but no RTH session. I am unable to retrieve data for that trade date for a 30 min chart as well.

I deleted the cache folder in the db directory, shut down NT, shut down the PC and rebooted. Opened the workspace and reloaded historical data, but the issue persists. ZB 9/14 and GC 8/14 produce the same result for the same date.

Please advise.

I have identified the missing data and sent a report to our server team who will looking restoring the data this weekend.

CL 8/14 and 6E 9/14 have the same data missing.

So there are 5 instruments with missing data for the same date and it will only be resolved by this weekend? Do you really think that is acceptable? I really cannot believe I am unable to bring up an entire day's data for 5 instruments. Wow.

I too am missing data for the 18th on every instrument I looked at: ES, NQ, YM, ZF, 6A, 6E & 6J. It doesn't matter if I look at RTH or ETH all my 'minute' charts jump from 7/18 03:04 to 7/20 15:01 (AZ time).

I am using CQG. When I first logged on this evening I was missing today's close. My charts jumped from 11:45-14:12. I did the standard shutdown, reboot, start up & reload historical data & I got today back. But now I'm missing friday (not sure if I was missing it earlier, but I had it this morning).

I am really hoping this is fixed by morning. If I have to wait a week for data, then I will have to spend the week researching other platforms.

Please advise.

why is CLU14 showing 98.03 low on july 15..wasnt the low 98.68 and CLQ14 99.01 respectively..am I missing something?

3.) Which CL contracts are you working with in the standard NinjaTrader format? (Example: 09-14)
4.) Which type of bar is used in your chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

CL 09-14 contract (JULY 15 low in question)
all bar types 1440 minute, 240 min, range & volume..all show 98.03 lows before roll..should it be 98.68?
