won't connect with TD Ameritrade

I signed up for an account with TDA a few hours ago. I am able to log in to the web and see my account and do things there. I am not able to connect Ninja to TDA. I have read and followed your guide. I also connect with AMP futures using CQG. I have disconnected that data feed, but still the same results - no TDA connection. I spoke with TDA support and they say there is no reason I can not connect they are aware of.

I plan to use TDA for equities and to get historical 5 minute bar data.

Any thoughts?

Hello John,

Thank you for your post.

If you are using a Single Broker License Key, you would only be enabled for one broker connecting technology, in this case CQG.

You would need to either get a Multi-Broker License Key or use the Free Edition License Key to create a connection to TDA.

I believe I am using a simulation only key, which I thought would give me multi broker capability. EIther way, can you please send me via email a Free edition key for me to try.

Also, If I disconnected from CQG, should I be able to connect to TDA if it is the only connection I am running at the time?

After looking at it and even rekeying, I realized I read a characater incorrectly in my ID.
