No charts

Hello. I have a problems with charts. I have data feed from MB Trading (green field lower left window) and I also see price on fx pairs changing in trading navigator.

But when i open charts I dont see nothing. Could you please help me.

Are you getting any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?

If so, what do these say?
