Hi, I have been experiencing external position openings.
My strategy shows the position flatted, but in fact, it opened by itself out of the blue.
I am 100% positive it was not opened by me and also the strategy log does not show anything about this situation.

How is that possible, what is the cause?

fLife, an execution would be tagged 'external' if NT did not know about the actual underlying order origins, so it can't associate it. It would be best if we reviewed your trace / log file to analyze closely. If you could send those in via Help > Mail to Support would be appreciated.
