Ninjatrader Continuum

Hello. My conection "Continuum" appeared missing today, so i updated ninjatrader and then made a new connection to "Ninjatrader continuum" using the same user and password. The problem is that im not getting any Level2 data and streaming price data. What am i doing wrong? Thank you

Hello TickJumper,

Could it be you do not receive realtime data in charts only? If so, please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Ninjatrader Continuum' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
