Cannot access NinjaTrader website with Firefox.

I have installed the latest version of Firefox (v 30.0). Reinstalled today.

When I try to access the NinjaTrader website there is a popup telling me that I should upgrade because I do not have the latest version. Problem here: My Firefox is already up to date, but I still cannot access www.ninjatrader.com.

Yes, I can access the website with other browsers (including Chrome, Opera & Internet Explorer). I just wanted to inform you that there is a problem with Firefox (which is my habitual browser).

I am glad to hear that you can access the website from other browsers. I am also a firefox user but don't encounter the same error. That said, I have no idea where to begin in troubleshooting firefox.

Harry, if you like Firefox, give Cyberfox a try. It is still based on the Firefox engine but is much better (plus you don't have to have the new Firefox look).
