Hello,

Received a rejection message "Please enter any date between today and six months from today." after attempting to move a stop loss order on the chart. Please assist. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Are you able to take a screenshot of this error message and send this to 'platformsupport at ninjatrader dot com'.
Furthermore, can you include your Log and Trace files from today.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20140716.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20140716.txt"

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
