Hi all,

I have newly installed Ninja Trader on my computer, I have never used it before.

Whilst downloading it, instructions for simulation trading were sent to my email address and I followed them, as I wanted to open a simulation trading game, for my practice.

However, when I try to make a trade, say Market order for 1 x AAPL, on NASDAQ, it says;

'Select a valid account.'

Please help me.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.
What account is selected in the Account drop down menu?
