Are some Kinetick symbols not available as EOD data?

I tried to add the instrument NYSE_AMEX ISSUES DECLINES as IIAD.Z (I assume this is 2 upper case i's and not 2 lower case L's), set it as Index, 24/7/ Default, but get an error for the Daily chart.

Correct these are capital i's. I have tested this on my end and was able to receive Daily data successfully. Please confirm you have the same settings applied as outlined in the attached screen shots.

If the issue persists can you please tell me what error message you are receiving so I may look into the issue further.

I had forgotten that Ninja requires you to add a ^ character before the name of an Index.
