Error on loading chart data

I am suffering for 8 months. Periodically display the following window:
Error on loading chart data for 'GC 08-14 Nymex'. Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later

Naturally, the name of the different instruments. This occurs when you try to change the tool on the chart. Thereafter, all transactions in the chart are blended in a heap. All else fails, do not restart the computer, modem and more.
On one of the forums have found a way out. Utility winsockfix temporarily solves the problem, but in the short term. Utilita resets sockets and correct erroneous registry entries. But after a day or two, the same thing happens. What can be done to eliminate failure?.
