referancing registry cleaning for NT install

I was referring to this post that suggesting going into the registry to try and get a NT that has issues:

In which case, just search on 'Ninja' and delete every key containing this word (assuming you don't have other programs that use the word). There are a lot of them. I am not certain how to access this files?

You can delete the browser cache in Mozilla under Tools-->Privacy-tab.
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the instructions to clean up your registry and also would not know how to access these files.

As per the chart, can you please tell me what instrument is selected in the chart. Are you able to receive data for other instruments?
Note, some exchanges are closed today due to Memorial Day.
