DOM not showing bid/ask

Hello,

I have a problem with my super dom regarding FSMI. It charts correct, but the DOM doens't show ask/bid prices, only the current price. I tried rebooting but doens't work and made sure the 'show market depth' is on.

I use IB data right now. Seems to work just fine for all the other contract. (also subscribed to SMI data so that shouldn't be the problem)

Can you please tell me what NinjaTrader and TWS versions you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About (TraderSWorkStation).

Do you receive bid and ask prices if you select the FSMI 09-14 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?

Thanks for the fast reply. I use NT latest version (7.0.1000.24 (live) and also latest version of TWS (downloaded it 2 days ago).

I do see bid/ask of FSMI in the control center - orders tab.

Hello Paul,

NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.24 supports TWS 944.3, not their latest TWS version. You can download and install TWS 944.3 from our IB connection guide at the link below.

Can you please check if the issue remains once you have TWS 944.3 installed.
