Could not find Account Defaults

Hey guys I have a problem connecting to AMP via Trading Technologies. I have two accounts, one account trades just fine but the other one gives me an error message "could not find account defaults" This is when I submit an order for ES. The order is then rejected. Any ideas?

Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

Please provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named log.20140708.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named trace.20140708.txt
