        Connection problem

        Ninja Trader is installed on my laptop. It's working at home. I took my laptop to work and tried to connect through my work network. Continuum did not connect. It was saying something with order processing error. Came home it's working. What might be a reason for that?

          Hello,

          Based on your description a firewall at your office is likely preventing NinjaTrader from reaching Continuum servers.

            So if ninja trader is installed at my laptop I can connect from everywhere in theory.

                Does it also mean I can have several ninja platforms installed on different laptops to be connected using my password account from any laptop?

                  Hello,

                  This is possible within NinjaTrader but would require a single license key for each PC which is connected.

                  I am unsure whether your broker allows for multiple simultaneous logins to the same account however. You would need to contact your broker directly for an answer on that item.

                      Hello,

                      Yes, if you are sure to log out of NInjaTrader on one PC before starting the software on another only a single license key is needed.
