indicator using a fixed time frame

i developed an indicator whichgives the information from sixty minute chart, no matter in which time frame it is used. When i use the indicator in an empty chart , it works fine. but, when i use the indicator in the strategy, it doesnt work ... can anyone please help??

Both screenshots appear to show the indicator working correctly. Can you provide the indicator and strategy .cs files in your response?

You will find them in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Strategy and Indicator folders.

the indicator shown i the first photo has to change its value for every one hour but it doesn't . it changes in the second

Is the Strategy set to CalculateOnBarClose = False? And when you use the Indicator without the strategy, is the Indicator set to CalculateOnBarClose = True?

the strategy is set to CalculateOnBarClose = True.
the Indicator is also set to CalculateOnBarClose = True
