No YM data with Cytrade/Patsystems

I can't get YM mini data feed with Cytrade brokerage and Patsystems. ES and NQ minis feeds are fine. Cytrade says I am enabled on my end. I changed the instrument to Globex from ecbot. I am trying to run the June month. I made the same changes to the instrument as I did on my other platform running Amp & Spike. They feed the YM mini fine. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi,

The YM trades on the Globex now. Please change this back and see if data comes in.

Also check your log to see if there's an error message. If there is, please let me know.

YM problem

Yes, I do have it checked for "Globex" in the instrument manager. It was set to ecbot before. NT only says, "Unable to subscribe to market data for instrument "YM 06-08".

I also meant I was enabled at their end in my orginal message. I also restarted NT after changing instrument settings.

Please ensure that you are on the latest production 6.5.1000.1 release available from our website. Assuming this is the case, go to Tools > Options > Misc and reset instruments. Then go to the Instrument Manager and add/remove the YM 06-08 from the Default list. Then connect and try again.
