Strategy not open

Hello there. I have a problem. When I try open any strategy the message appear and them dont let me open that. I attach the message. This occur with all strategies of my list.
Can you help me ?

Thank you for your note.

This is usually seen in the case that a property is not serialized for a custom script or the template for the script is corrupted.

Please try the following:

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Strategy
• Delete the .xml file for the strategy in the error message
• Restart NinjaTrader
