problems with lisense key

Just funded my account and received an email with a new license key for live trading but whenever I enter it I get a reply saying my license key is invalid. I went to help, license key, etc. I also went to ninjatrader.com where you download the software and entered it with the same result. Please help thanks!

Make sure that you copy and paste EXACTLY and correctly. Even an extraneous space will cause the license key to be read as invalid.
