    Wave time

I'm using the Weiss wave, similar to zig zag in function.

The Weiss wave plug-in provides the time of the wave in terms of how long the wave has been up or down.

Charting SPY, the time of the wave gets skewed overnight and weekends because the time includes non-trading hours.

I am using the ETH setting for the SPY instrument to chart before and after normal hours.

Is there a way to resolve this with a NT7 setting or will this have to be resolved in the code for the plug-in? The Weiss code is not accessible, at least by the 'average joe' like me.

    Hello gdavis74,

The 'US Equities ETH' session template does not include non-trading hours, so it seems the indicator is programmed to include these non-trading hours. I do not see a way to resolve it using a NinjaTrader setting. You could try the 'US Equities RTH' session template, however this will exclude pre and post market data.

I suggest to contact the creator of this indicator for a workaround so this indicator will not use non-trading hours.
