Chart Candles Compressed

All my charts candles are compressed.

I checked Properties.

Range-Automatic
Based On - Screen Data Range. I also tried entire range option.

I tried restarting and no luck.

Please help

Thanks for your post.

From what I can see of your chart, on the right scale, CL was at its normal level of around 106. and at the end of the session CL now appears to average 3909 which is not correct. Either something has effected your data or indicators to cause this change. Please try reloading your historical data. To perform that process, simply right mouse click on chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".

If the problem persists, go into all of the indicators you have on the chart and change their "AutoScale" property from true to false. You may wish to change those one at a time to see if any particular indicator is contributing to the problem.

If these steps do not fix the problem please advise who supplies your data feed and send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
