Cannot Connect to AMP

How do I get my live license key? I purchased a live license about 2 months ago.

Hey guys, thanks for your responses, I was able to get the AMP connection and view the account, but the account value for my account AC****** shows as blank in Ninjatrader. Should I contact AMP about this or you guys?
