Import NinjaScript question

I want to import a zip file from Josh from a previous thread: Indicator: Using System.IO File properties to write to and read from a text file.
It is a .php file and your directions to use the File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript does not seem to work. Thank you.

I have attached the .zip to this post, please attempt to download the .zip file form this post.

The download is successful and saves to a .php. file in my Downloads file. The Import NinjaScript Archive File (.zip) only shows NinjaScript Archive Files in the Download file.

It needs to be saved as a .zip, please use another internet browser to download the file.

Google Chrome works, Firefox doesn't.
