Is the ReplayData server down?

I just attempted to download replay data for the $USDCAD and the $AUDUSD on June 19th. In both cases I got an error informing me that no L1 replay data was available. Is the server down again?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The server is running however only futures data appears to be available at this time. I will notify those who manage this server of the issue.

Thanks Kyle - I have some very urgent testing to perform and this creates a problem for me. Please let me know as soon as Forex data is available again.

Is the reply server for currencies down again?

Hello, I tried to download data form External Data Feed for currency EURUSD and for date 19.9.2013 or 12.5.2014 and I got notice "There is no L1 replay data available for instrument/date." I know, that there was the same problem this year in January. Then it was running and now it is not available again. I would like to download currency data from 1.9.2013 to now for testing. Will it be available again and when? Thank you for answer.

Hello verotor,

Due to unexpected missing data with our primary data server, we have switched to our backup data server which does not have forex replay data available.

The forex replay data is scheduled to be back up this weekend as we restore our primary data server.
