    Connecting issues

    Hi there,

    I'm having trouble connecting with Rithmic. I used to be able to connect to Rithmic however as my demo password expired and I obtained a new user id & password however that doesn't seem to be working. A second user id & password obtained doesn't seem to work either. Internet connection is fine.

    The error is: Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters & your internet connection.

    Can anyone help me?

    So I may investigate this matter further on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?
    You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
    • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

    Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an e-mail to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN: Patrick - 1098288' in the subject line.
