Ninjatrader crashing just after startup

Guys - need some help here. I have re-installed the latest NT7 several times now (after un-installing, wiping old files and clearing web browser etc.) and still it starts to load then says "Ninjatrader has to close". no explanation.

I have looked in my program files for a trace file to send you but cant find one anywhere.

I see that in the past window secutity updates (KB268988) has caused this type of error, however i cannot find that in my update history.

Appreciate any advice/help i can get !!

Can you please send your trace and log into support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20140620.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20140620.txt"

Hello Tommyboy72,

Thank you for the files.

The User documents folder for NinjaTrader is placed on a network drive.

NinjaTrader does not support network drives for the Documents folder.

You will need to uninstall NinjaTrader and change the installation path for of the documents.
