Big Red X on chart

I am working with a friend of mine who gets a big red X on his chart when he tries to load an indicator. Any suggestions?

Do you get the same red x with the indicator on your end using the same instrument, interval and days to load?

If your friend restarts NinjaTrader and tries the indicator again does it still have an x?

Yes. I have updated his platform to 7.23 and it's still doing the same thing. How can I post some screen shots?

To confirm, you are also getting the red x on your system as well?

If so, I think the indicator is the issue and I would recommend that you contact the vendor of the indicator for further assistance.
