    I'm having Connection Problems

    I am Having the problem that shows in the screenshot attached. THe syste simply stopped receiving data from CQG. any ideas?

    Hello Yandychang,

    Please disconnect from CQG, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

        Please contact your broker to check your data subscription.

        This message can indicate that the account is not enabled for this data.
