Ninja error chart no data

Which of the various ninja issues causes the following behavior:
1. Connected to data feed
2. Data/charts updating
3. open simple tick chart with no indicators
4. chart is blank (note connected to data provider, other charts working fine, only a handful open, no indicators).

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments

Next use the steps I have provided below to delete your cache:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache folder
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
• Open a new chart loading only 5 days

If the issue persists can you open a new chart with no template or indicators applied and let me know if data loads as expected.
