Ninja Notification of Update of Erroneous Data

I am interested in the method and SLA (if any are present/proposed) that Ninja will adhere to when data is recorded incorrectly on your servers. Although the recent GC 8-14 glitch from 18:00 - 18:10 can be patched temporarily, I would like to download the GC 8-14 historical data - but the GC 8-14 historical data contains the same errors that are shown on the 'live' charts.

So, is there a particular way that ninja users could notify the user when the data problem has been rectified a) MOST PREFERRED: Ninja users could go to a web page, submit their e-mail IDs, and the notification would come to us directly , b) establish a specific thread (say DATA REPAIR) that we can reference.

If either of these options are already available, please let me know.

Your feedback will be taken into consideration. At this time no notification is made when data discrepancies are resolved. Discrepancies are expected to be resolved during weekend maintenance.
