data displays crunched into a single line

On behalf of a partner of mine, his charts are getting data for the SI and the GC but for anything longer than 10 min. the data is crunched up into one thin line. the 5 minute chart is fine, but change it to a 10 or 15 minute chart and the data gets crunched into a single line. We have tried to reset the data base and reset the instruments but it does not work. Any suggestions?

We are currently aware of a incorrect decimal formatting for GC and SI the other day that our server team is looking to restore this weekend. In the meantime you can edit the data as outlined in the video below:

I did do that. and the data is fine for 5 minute charts. But for any charts longer than 10 minutes is when the data is crunched into a line.
