chart freezes

My charts run for a while then stop dead- no candles painted-nada.can you help?

Can you tell me the following:

- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

- Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

- What instrument have you selected? If a Futures instrument, please include Front Month (Example: ES 09-14)

- What chart interval is selected? (5min, 4 range, etc.)

- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

v22. using cqg with amp futures. looking at CL and TF. cannot see any error messages. Just rebooted the NT and charts seem to be ok. the only thing I did was change the "calculate on bar close" to true from false on my indicators.

Please reset your master instrument list.


To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


Once the reset is complete, restart NinjaTrader.
