Not enough data in future contract chart

Hi,
I use CQG as live feed, and ninjatrader for historical.

when I plot FGBL future contract of 09/14, I only see data going back to may 21.
As explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzXBE2Jheog i tried to change rollover date to older date, january 1, but this won't help, I can only see data back to may 21.

Anyway on how to fix this ? So I can see more FGBL data on the 9/14 ?

Hello Duval,

Could it be 'Merge policy' is set to DoNotMerge as per the FGBL, so it only loads 09-14 data in the chart and does not merge data from previous expiries?

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the FGBL and click Edit. If not set to MergeBackAdjusted, please do so and click OK.

Remove and re-add the FGBL 09-14 to your instrument list for the changes to take effect. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Click OK in the Instrument Manager and create a new FGBL 09-14 chart and check if the requested data is loaded.
