Silver and gold chart mistake on 6/16/2014, 00.00h.

As you can see on attachment silver chart price goes up a lot and then goes down (to the correct price) at 00.00h. on 6/16/14. Gold chart the same.

I´m using renko2 on silver and renko5 on gold with dorman/rithmic.

I put nymex/metals eth on template and reload historical data but problem remains.

Is posible to correct it??

Hello mario123,

Unfortunately there was bad data recorded on our historical data server as per the GC 08-14 and SI 07-14. The bad data occurred around 6:16 PM EDT on 6/15/2014. We have reported it to our server team.

Because of the bad data at very high prices, NinjaTrader needs to create these synthetic bars to bridge the gap.

You can exclude the bad data in NinjaTrader, so it will not load in the chart. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab and locate the bad data. Right click the rows with bad data and select 'Exclude'. Click the Save button. You can find additional instructions and more information at the link below.

Once you excluded the bad data, please create new charts and check if data is loaded without issue.
