    Problems running NT 6.5

    I'm having a problem with NT 6.5.0.5. Everything has been working fine for months, until I left NT running last night with ZenFire connected (i've never done that before). 1 & 5 minute ES charts were set for overnight session. No standard or custom indicators were used. thats all that was open.

    Computer went into auto standby during nighttime. When I restarted this morning, a contact support error message was displayed. When the display message is closed NT closes. Everytime I restart it is the same thing, message, close message and NT closes.

    If I don't close message, I can connect to ZenFire and get data on Dom, but don't get any data on charts. Once I close error message NT closes again.

    Should I back up data , uninstall and reinstall NT again. Or is there something simpler to do.

    Any help is appreciated,

    Can you post an image of this error, then send us logs/traces via Help > Mail To Support, include "For Ray" in subject and reference this post.

    I will reply once I have reviewed this info.

      Ray,
      I'm having trouble with the help/email support. It crashed while trying to send the email. not sure why. Can I just attach the trace/log files and send them thru direct email.

      Error message:
      NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down. Information
      has been written to the trace file. Please restart Ninjatrader and send us
      an email via help>Mail Support and include information on how you may
      have encountered this problem. This email will automatically embed
      relevant trace file information to help us diagnose the problem
