FOREX price data not updating

I am using the latest production release; 6.5.1000.1 Connected to GAIN data through the NinjaTrader historical servers. The price data is not moving on the charts even though I'm connected. If I disconnect and reconnect, it catches up but still doesn't move forward as it should. I've even reduced my charts to just a single chart ($EURAUD)

Is this a GAIN problem or perhaps something with the new release?

I don't get streaming data for $EURAUD either. Looks like a GAIN issue. Please contact your broker for clarification.

I have the same problem and sent this message to support at Forex.com:

Prices for AUD/NZD, CHF/JPY, EUR/AUD and EUR/CAD are n/a in NinjaTrader.
Other prices that I have checked are okay.

When I create a chart I get backfill, but the chart is not updated.

I use DEMO connection to GAIN server and the latest 6.5.1000.1 release.

There is a thread about it in the NinjaTrader support forum,
where they think it is a GAIN issue.

Unforunately I am still awaiting a response from GAIN, I have sent then another request marked urgent.

GAIN is working on this.

As of now, the DEMO login rates will correctly update for the missing pairs. They are still working on resolving this for live accounts.

For anyone with a live account experiencing problems with rate data...please send me an email directly to ray at ninjatrader dot com and provide me with your GAIN/FOREX.COM user name only and reference this post. GAIN is requesting this information in order to resolve it.

All NinjaTrader/GAIN accounts should now have rate data for all GAIN supported (28) currency pairs.
