Historical data (partially) not loading

Hi

I'm charting the NQ 09-14, and historical data shows a gap between 09-jun-2014 and 16-Jun-2014 (simply no data printed there).

I already upgaded to version 23, switched to session template 24/7, tried 25 times "Reload all historical data", nothing helps.

I'm connecting to Rhitmic through Vision/TPfutures; as I understand Ninja provides the historical part.

What's wrong - again ? Worked fine yesterday, did not change ANYTHING, and the historical feed is broken again. The last four times this happend I had to upgrade to a new version (without NT-SW showing an announcement for the need!) to make it work again - this time the upgrade to 23 didn't help.
Drives me nuts, was not trading all day today since I don't trade on unreliable feed

Thank you for your post.

Please shut down NinjaTrader --> then go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db --> please delete the 'cache' folder in the 'db' folder --> then restart NinjaTrader.

Please let me know if you still see the same issue.
