    Natural Gas

    I have a problem with Natural Gas. On a 1Minute, 5Minute etc up to 30Minute chart everything charts properly. From 60Minutes upward there is just one bar, nothing in the past. NinjaTrader's Pivots are not being drawn in either.

    I tried reload historical data but no change.

    Would appreciate if this could be tested at your end to see if it's just my problem or a general one.

    (Am with AMP as broker and CQG is the DataFeed).

    Hello sandman,

    Thanks for your post.

    There are some bad ticks on the server that should be resolved during the weekend maintenance.
    The bad ticks will need to be edited in the mean time to resolve this on your end.

      Thanks Brandon. I did that and everything is fine except for the NT Pivots which are still not showing up. I also did reload all historical data.

      Any suggestions?

        Hello sandman,

        Thanks for your reply.

        You will also need to edit the NG 07-14 Daily bar for the 16th. The pivots are calculating off of daily data and the open + high are bad for the 16th.

            Is there any update on when this will be fixed? It's 10 days after the fact and this error is still there on NG, GC, and SI charts I believe.

              Hello,

              As I understand it this is something which was corrected. Please shut down NinjaTrader then open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder. Delete the sub-folder named 'Cache' then restart NinjaTrader. After restarting, please reconnect to your data source and reload data.
