cannot trade live

I had to upgrade from XP to win7 , now after i reinstalled ninja trader i go into the account screen and see my live trading account listed but it doesn't show any account balance.Can you help

Hello redrum28,

Can you please check if the account balance updates once you submit an order to your live account. You could submit a buy limit order below the market so it will not fill. Check if your balance updates and subsequently cancel the buy limit order before it fills. Let me know if this will not work for you and tell me what broker technology you use.

Im sorry also forgot to mention , i am able to get data live but it wont let me trade live...the opening ninja screen doesnt check off live trading anymore... my broker is amp/cqg
