unable to coonect to TWS

Hi Ninja friends,
I encountered an error when trying to connect to Interactive brokers' TWS. The error message says NT cannot find register key. See attachment for error message.

TWS can be launched without issue. NT cannot be launched without issue. But this error prevents them connecting.

I have two IB accounts. NT has no problem in connecting with live account. But connecting with IB's demo account caused this error.

IB says this error is not caused by TWS.

Which build of Interactive Brokers TWS are you using? (Help > About Trader Workstation)

NT -> 7.0.1.000.22.
TWS -> 945.2a.

Hello,

Please shut down NinjaTrader and TWS.

Update to the current 7.0.1000.23 release of NinjaTrader via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

After updating NinjaTrader, please roll back to the recommended 944.3 release of TWS using this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_944_3.exe

After installing please restart NinjaTrader and try the connection again.
