    I'm with CQG, how can I fix this?

    I already tried to redownload data and I don't see any data in data manager..

    Hello,
    Our IT Staff has identified a bad tick and is looking to resolve the bad ticks on those instruments, however this will not be able to be resolved until the weekend when the servers are taken offline for maintenance.

    The video in the link below describes how to identify and exclude the bad ticks from your Historical Data Manager.


    Press the Save button after editing the historical data.
