NT reports that my order has been rejected due to margin violation, when it is not

Hi,
I have a strange problem.

NT submits orders, that are reported to be rejected due to margin violation. I get that error olny in NT...while I am way below my Margin requirement.

Not only this, but IB executes the entry order, and due to the fact that NT's auto strategies shut down when an order is rejected and attempts to close down any positions.

This results in an order being executed (then mistakenly being thought it wasnt, and then immediately being closed down).

The end result is ruined entry and double commissions.

This is a major concern and happens quite often.

What should I do?
