Charts stop incrementing

Having trouble with charts incrementing. May increment for 10 minutes, then stop. I have to reset the time period to enable the charts to increment. However, they will stop again thereafter.

I am using Kinetick and Interactive Brokers.

The instrument is ES 07-14 Globex

Thanks, what instrument and timeframe would that be? Like a Future, stock or forex instrument? A minute or tick based chart?

Thanks you want to use the ES 09-14 starting today. There's no July expiry in this market, it follows a quarterly schedule.

Do you get data normally as expected on the Sep ES contract becoming fronthmonth now?

No, the time stops incrementing on ES 09 as well.

In which order do you connect? Kinetick first and then IB? Is there any log error noted in NT's Control Center? Please also try disconnecting from all connections and then resetting instruments under Tools > Options > Data > then restart the platform fresh, reconnect and recheck.
