Renko shift

Is there any way to shift renko charts to round numbers, in this case high to 90.25 and low to 90.00?

Modifying a bar type is possible with NinjaTrader but this is not supported.

The file you need to edit is (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Type\@BarsTypes.cs.

In this file look for the RenkoBarType class.

Where you see renkoHigh and renkoLow you can modify these with your custom code.

However, my suggestion would be to make your own custom bar type (copied from the @BarsType RenkoBarType class) and use a different name. This way you are not modifying the original.

You can also have a professional NinjaScript consultant make these modifications for you.
