Connecting to IB - Msg Boxes are closing automatic

Hello,

I have a data connection with Interactive Brokers (IB - Trader Workstation TWS
- Last Version)

If Ninjatrader is open and the connection is running, I can´t click in a MessageBox by the TWS. All Message-Boxes are close automatically.

Example: In TWS I click the Menue | Help ---> Copyright Workstation to look at the
Version of TWS. The Message Box is open for a second. Than its close automatically
Thats also by all other MessageBoxes.

How can I tur off this problem.

Hello,

Thank you for your note.

That behavior is controlled by the 'Run-time pop up handling' option within the TWS connection setup.

Tools -> Account Connections -> Your IB account -> Change.

Follow the guide until you see the page where you input your user name and password.

Uncheck 'Run-time pop up handling'

Finish the guide and then disconnect/reconnect your IB connection or restart NinjaTrader.
