Problems establishing Kinetick connection

Hi-

Didn't know if anyone else was having this problem, maybe its on my end.

I just moved from Austin to Charlotte, but I'm still using ATT Uverse for my internet connection. When I log into Kinetick, it takes a long time to connect. Many times the first connection attempt fails with the followning error message:

2014-06-09 07:56:34:312 ERROR: Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (DS2.NinjaTrader.com/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 208.48.16.140:31654
2014-06-09 07:56:34:313 (Kinetick - RT) Cbi.Connection.ConnectNow9 ok
2014-06-09 07:56:34:316 Server.Client.Close

And then it will proceed connecting to Kinetick correctly. I never had this problem in Austin. I'm on version 21 of Ninjatrader 7.

I am not aware of any issues with this ISP or geographic location. So that I may further investigate please contact me at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140609.txt' file.
